1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return products for a refund or exchange. The return period begins on the day you receive the product.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The return request must be made within the 30-day return period
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide a reason for the return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund:
- Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
5.2 Refund Amount
The refund amount will include:
- The purchase price of the product
- Original shipping costs (if the product is defective or we made an error)
The refund amount will NOT include:
- Return shipping costs (unless the product is defective or we made an error)
- Any handling fees
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (unless defective)
- Products damaged by misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without proof of purchase
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

- Provide photos of the defect or damage
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
8. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item:

- We will arrange for the correct product to be sent
- We will cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement
9. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product:
- Return the original product following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired product
10. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships:

- If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund
- If the order has already shipped, you may return it following our return process
11. Processing Time
Please allow the following processing times:
- Return authorization: 1-2 business days
- Return shipping: 5-10 business days (depending on your location)
- Refund processing: 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product
- Refund appearing in your account: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank or payment provider)
12. Consumer Rights
